A timeline checker for novel continuity

Timeline errors are easy to miss in a long draft: an age that drifts, a season that jumps, a journey that takes three days in one chapter and an afternoon in the next. Novilot finds those contradictions by reading the manuscript, not by asking you to rebuild a calendar by hand.

What Novilot checks

• Ages and stated dates. Moments where the text pins a character’s age or a calendar date, then later disagrees with itself.
• Seasons and elapsed time. Winter becoming summer without travel or passage that explains it, or stretches of time that conflict across scenes.
• Sequence. Events that cannot both be true in the order the chapters tell them.
