ये शर्तें आपके नोविलॉट उपयोग, एक उपन्यासकारों के लिए लेखन ऐप, का संचालन करती हैं। खाते बनाकर या सेवा का उपयोग करके आप इनसे सहमत होते हैं। यदि आप सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया नोविलॉट का उपयोग न करें।
Version and language
All translations describe the same document version. The English version controls if a translation differs, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This version applies to new accounts when published; material changes for existing accounts take effect only after the notice described below. The document version is not a retroactive effective date.
आपकी लिखी सामग्री आपकी ही है
- Novilot में आप जो कुछ भी लिखते हैं, उसमें पूर्ण स्वामित्व और सभी अधिकार आपके ही होते हैं, चाहे उसे एआई फ़ीचर्स की मदद से बनाया गया हो।
- आप हमें केवल आपकी सामग्री सुरक्षित रखने और आपके चुने गए फ़ीचर्स चलाने के लिए आवश्यक सीमित अनुमति देते हैं (जैसे, सुझाव उत्पन्न करने के लिए हमारी एआई सेवा में अंश भेजना)। हम कोई अन्य अधिकार नहीं रखते, और जब आप अपनी सामग्री हटाते हैं, यह अनुमति समाप्त हो जाती है।
- This includes your unpublished commercial manuscripts and their original characters, plots, worldbuilding, scenes, and text. We receive no continuing right to publish, sell, or commercially exploit that material after deletion. Backup and provider retention, described in the privacy policy, do not grant us new rights to your work.

एआई फीचर्स
- एआई का परिणाम एक मशीन द्वारा उत्पन्न किया गया है और इसमें गलतियां, असंगतियाँ या मौलिकता की कमी हो सकती है। आप जो भी रखें, उसकी समीक्षा और संपादन करने की पूरी जिम्मेदारी आपकी है।
- एआई फीचर्स के उपयोग के लिए क्रेडिट का उपभोग होता है। ऐप में दिखाए गए क्रेडिट भत्ता, सीमाएँ और कोई भी मूल्य बदल सकते हैं; बदलाव कभी भी आपके पहले से मिले क्रेडिट पर लागू नहीं होंगे।
आपका खाता
- आपको एक वैध ईमेल पता देना होगा और अपना पासवर्ड सुरक्षित रखना होगा। आपके खाते में होने वाली सभी गतिविधियों के लिए आप स्वयं जिम्मेदार हैं।
- Novilot का उपयोग करने के लिए आपकी आयु कम से कम 13 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
- प्रत्येक खाते के लिए केवल एक व्यक्ति। सेवा का साझा, पुनर्विक्रय या स्वचालित उपयोग न करें।
स्वीकार्य उपयोग
You may write and store lawful adult fiction in Novilot, including dark romance, violence, strong language, and difficult relationships. This does not guarantee AI processing: AI features and background processing must comply with the processing provider's usage policy. Anthropic's policy prohibits sexually explicit generation and graphic violence, including sexual violence. Editing or analysing an existing passage does not guarantee it can be processed. A model refusal alone does not automatically delete your project or suspend your Novilot account; actual policy violations may lead to restrictions. We cannot guarantee every passage can be processed, and we do not bypass provider safeguards.
Novilot का उपयोग इनमें न करें:

बिलिंग
- भुगतान Dodo Payments द्वारा संसाधित किए जाते हैं। सदस्यता स्वचालित रूप से नवीनीकृत होती रहती है जब तक कि रद्द न करें।
- आप कभी भी रद्द कर सकते हैं; भुगतान अवधि के अंत तक आपकी पहुँच बनी रहेगी।
- अगर भुगतान असफल हो जाता है या वापस लिया जाता है, तो सशुल्क सुविधाएँ तब तक निलंबित रह सकती हैं जब तक समस्या का समाधान नहीं होता।
- Free includes 50 welcome AI credits once, with no expiry or monthly refill. Writer includes 100 credits per successful monthly payment; unused monthly credits do not roll over.
- Revision Packs add 40 credits for a one-time payment. Purchased credits do not expire and are used after your current plan allowance. Unused welcome credits stay separate while you are on a paid plan.
- Prices are in USD before applicable taxes. Your final total and subscription renewal terms are displayed by Dodo Payments before purchase. There are no automatic credit top-ups or overage charges.
- For a refund request or a billing error, contact support@novilot.com with your order reference. We review requests individually; any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected. Credits associated with refunded payments are removed proportionally. If those credits were already used, the adjustment is offset against future pack purchases.

- Novilot 'जैसा है' वैसा ही दिया जाता है। हम इसे विश्वसनीय और आपके कार्य को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत करते हैं, लेकिन हम अविराम या त्रुटिरहित संचालन का वादा नहीं कर सकते। आपके लिए महत्वपूर्ण कार्य की अपनी बैकअप प्रतिलिपि रखना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है (निर्यात सुविधा इसे आसान बनाती है)।
- कानून द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, सेवा से संबंधित किसी भी दावे के लिए हमारी कुल ज़िम्मेदारी आपके द्वारा पिछले बारह महीनों में दिए गए भुगतान तक सीमित है।
इन शर्तों में बदलाव
अगर हम इन शर्तों को बदलते हैं, तो हम इस पृष्ठ और शीर्ष पर दी गई तिथि को अपडेट करेंगे। यदि कोई महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तन होगा तो हम आपको ऐप में या ईमेल द्वारा पहले ही सूचित करेंगे। बदलाव के बाद Novilot का उपयोग जारी रखने का अर्थ है कि आप संशोधित शर्तों को स्वीकार करते हैं।
