Diese Bedingungen govern deine nutzen von Novilot, eine Schreiben App für novelists. Von creating eine Konto oder using die service du agree zu them. If du do nicht agree, please do nicht nutzen Novilot.

Version and language

All translations describe the same document version. The English version controls if a translation differs, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This version applies to new accounts when published; material changes for existing accounts take effect only after the notice described below. The document version is not a retroactive effective date.

Deine Schreiben ist yours

Backup and provider retention, described in the privacy policy, do not grant us new rights to your work.

AI Funktionen

  • AI output ist generated von eine machine und kann sein wrong, inconsistent, oder unoriginal. Du sind responsible für reviewing und editing anything du bewahren.
  • AI Funktionen consume Guthaben. Guthaben allowances, limits, und any prices shown in die App may change; changes never apply retroactively zu Guthaben du have bereits received.

Deine Konto

Acceptable nutzen

You may write and store lawful adult fiction in Novilot, including dark romance, violence, strong language, and difficult relationships. This does not guarantee AI processing: AI features and background processing must comply with the processing provider's usage policy. Anthropic's policy prohibits sexually explicit generation and graphic violence, including sexual violence. Editing or analysing an existing passage does not guarantee it can be processed. A model refusal alone does not automatically delete your project or suspend your Novilot account; actual policy violations may lead to restrictions. We cannot guarantee every passage can be processed, and we do not bypass provider safeguards.

Do nicht nutzen Novilot zu:

  • break die law oder infringe someone else's rights, including their copyrights;
  • probe, overload, oder disrupt die service oder its security;
  • extract other users' data oder attempt zu access accounts das sind nicht yours.

Billing

  • Payments sind processed von Dodo Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Du kannst jederzeit kündigen; der Zugriff bleibt bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums erhalten.
  • If eine payment fails oder ist reversed, kostenpflichtig Funktionen may sein suspended until it ist resolved.
  • Free includes 50 welcome AI credits once, with no expiry or monthly refill. Writer includes 100 credits per successful monthly payment; unused monthly credits do not roll over.
  • Revision Packs add 40 credits for a one-time payment. Purchased credits do not expire and are used after your current plan allowance. Unused welcome credits stay separate while you are on a paid plan.
  • Prices are in USD before applicable taxes. Your final total and subscription renewal terms are displayed by Dodo Payments before purchase. There are no automatic credit top-ups or overage charges.
  • For a refund request or a billing error, contact support@novilot.com with your order reference. We review requests individually; any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected. Credits associated with refunded payments are removed proportionally. If those credits were already used, the adjustment is offset against future pack purchases.

Leaving, und deine data

  • Sie können Ihr Manuskript jederzeit exportieren (DOCX, EPUB, HTML, Markdown oder PDF).

Disclaimers und liability

Du solltest daher eigene Sicherungskopien wichtiger Arbeiten anlegen (die Exportfunktion hilft dir dabei).
